El Alcazar Sevilla - car hire seville airport

Los Alcázares Reales de Sevilla (The Alcazar of Seville) its one of the most beautiful and important community building in seville. Originally a Moorish fort of Abd Al Ramn III in 913 who decide to build it outside de city walls. The palace is one of the best remaining examples of mudejar architecture. You can see diferents architectural styles from the Islamic to Neoclassical in all the palace.

During 1254 Alfonso X the Wise, build his palace inside the Alcazar. In 1625 they installed a theatre inside the "el Patio del Leon" and it was destroyed by a fire at the end of the century. Right now the Alcazar is the royal palace, residence of the Royal family.
